Drivers who travel Highway 238 in Albany should expect delays and a detour for upcoming construction.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says that a short segment of the highway will be closed to install new underground utilities, improve pedestrian travel and reconstruct the road. The project will offer a smoother ride and better accessibility.
Drivers can expect to follow the detour along County Road 53/Sixth Street and Soo Line Avenue. The Construction will start Monday, June 11 starting at 5 a.m. and go until mid-September.
