Archived: St. Cloud Police To Hold Public Education Session

With growing concerns about identity theft the St. Cloud Police Department is trying to educate the public on how to protect themselves.

St. Cloud Assistant Police Chief Jeffrey Oxton says the session will be about Identity Theft Awareness and Prevention Measures. They will be teaching safe habits that will reduce your likelihood of becoming a victim of identity theft.

No registration is necessary, the session is open to a first come, first serve basis for 80 people. The session will be on Thursday, November 9, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Training Room at 101 11th Avenue North.
