Fog sealing will affect a few major St. Cloud roads.

The St. Cloud City Engineer’s Office says that the sealing process will be done on 9th Avenue South or Clearwater Road from University Drive to 22nd Street South and 34th Street South from Oak Grove Road or County Road 136 to Topaz Parkway South.

Traffic will be maintained, but drivers taking these roads should expect minor delays. Alternative routes are recommended.

Fog sealing is the process of applying asphalt oil to older pavement in order to make it more flexible and smooth while delaying the need for surface work.

The work will be done on Saturday, August 11 with weather permitting.
