Archived: Arizona Man Turns Himself In After Domestic Assault
An Arizona man has turned himself in after leaving the scene of a domestic assault.
The Waite Park Police Department was sent to 815 1st Street South near Division Street in Waite Park just before 9:30 p.m. for a domestic assault report. Officers spoke with a woman who had been in a fight. The suspect had left the scene before police arrived.
Two days later, 36-year-old Ray Sianez turned himself in to Waite Park police after a warrant was issued for the suspect’s arrest. He was booked into Stearns County Jail and has been charged with 5th degree domestic assault and felony domestic assault by strangulation.
